About Us
For many companies or coaches, coaching is a 45 Min – 1 hour session where the focus is on mainly the kids most of the time. The key ingredient at Europa, Football is that we focus on getting players to work as a team through our different coaching techniques as well as setting good examples of roles models for our school players.
Europa Football is one of the most successful divisions of McSportz. It will also stress on the positive influence these projects could have on the development of the school. While many sports based companies have lost the meaning or the concept of grass-root development as well as team coaching, Europa Football is driven by the need to help players play as a team and work together to achieve the best their team can.

Our Mission
To change the way football is coached in schools around South Africa using European philosophies as a base, resulting in a fully rounded player as well as team acquiring all the necessary skills required to become a world class team.
Program Development
Europa Football is a nurturing program, designed to create and improve the art of football in a school team, focusing our efforts on helping develop a player’s basic skill, technical ability, tactical awareness and understanding of the rules. Possessing these tools or knowledge can help a team become the team they aspire to be.
Like any educational component, Europa Football also follows a set program designed to ensure that all parts of the program have an opportunity to adopt the syllabus in to their development;
• The foundation phase consists of fitness and basic skills (ball mastery).
• The second phase focuses on proper implementation of skills (technique), inspired by the arts of defending and attacking.
• The third phase is based on the teachings of tactical awareness, the ability for a player to read and understand the game is as important the art of implementing skills for his/her team.
• The final phase is the combination of all previous phases, mastering the game and polishing the new acquired skills, technical and tactical abilities.
All these phase are executed accordingly through well prepared lesson plans. A normal lesson plan for Europa football consists of,
• Warm up – Static, dynamic and ball orientated drills.
• Main part of the session working the technical ability of a player so they can perform their best in a team.
• Match – After every practice players engage in a friendly match scenario, designed to put all in to practice
As a school orientated program, Europa football inspires nothing but fair development amongst all the players. Players are made aware of their strengths, weaknesses and opportunities and assisted to reaching their true potential. This is done through; proper planned and guided lesson plans, control mechanisms such as a value system and positive reinforcement in a form of awards.
Content of the lesson plans consist of several coaching techniques and styles. These include, but not limited to; Coever Coaching, Concept 4 Football, World Class Coaching and tested designed session plans that will cater to the needs of all players in the team.

Through our 5 years of running Europa Football in multiple Primary & High Schools Across South Africa, the Brand has been extremely successful with a few schools, boasting many tournament victories & Achieving remarkable win rate ratios during the past seasons.
Europa Football strives to build the schools football to the level the schools need and eventually reaching new goals and heights.
Additional Offerings
We at Europa Football will complimentary Offer an annual Fathers Day sports day, involving the Dads and lads in a fun filled morning of soccer activities and Matches. We will provide our coaching staff, PA Systems & coaching equipment. The schools usually cater in the morning for fundraising towards their school.
During our seasons at our schools we scout players that either have a poor financial background or identify players that have potential to make it further in soccer, we send these players to our EURO SOCCER SCHOOLS Venues in which they get to grow further as a player and play abroad at our annual Over Seas Tours.
